Mathilda is painted with acrylic on basswood and ink. I love the movie The Professional and I wanted to make a homage to that movie. Following the same vibe and Gnomie McWoke, I wanted to give this piece the appearance of an other worldly vibe so I added a bit of gold accents to make it pop and come to life. Mathilda has a thick coat of clear enamel to preserve the colors and protect your piece for years to come. I love going back to my roots and working on wood with live edges. It gives the art such a natural feel.

This piece is ready to hang and has a coat of matte finish to preserve the ink. Please note, each item is uniquely handmade, right from the wood piece to the illustrations. Comes sealed in a protective matte finish to preserve ink.
